The Foundation’s collaboration with the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS) is made possible through the efforts of Dr. Anas Anbari.

Prof. Akram Anbari dedicated his life to the advancement of ophthalmology and the service of those in need. A distinguished physician, inspiring teacher, and relentless humanitarian, his legacy lives on through every student he mentored and every patient whose sight he restored. This foundation carries forward his vision — that knowledge and compassion, together, can change the world.
